Ariake Arena set to host extravaganza of seven world title fights in two days

An extravaganza of seven world title fights in two days comes to Tokyo's Ariake Arena in October, headlined by Junto Nakatani's defence of his WBO flyweight title against Vincent Astrolabio.

The card on October 12-13 also sees two-division world champion Kosei Tanaka put his WBO super flyweight title on the line, as he faces Sho Ishida, and WBO strawweight champion Hiroto Kyoguchi takes on Tetsuya Hisada.

Tickets for October 12-13 extravaganza, will go on sale from September 21, with prices ranging from 4.500 yen ($42) to 200,000 yen ($1,880).

  2. Kosei Tanaka vs Sho Ishida - WBO super flyweight title
  3. Hiroto Kyoguchi vs Tetsuya Hisada - WBO strawweight Title
  4. Kazuto Ioka vs TBA - WBO super flyweight title
  5. Masamichi Yabuki vs Ryuji Himeda - WBO super featherweight title
  6. Naoya Inoue vs Jason Moloney - WBO bantamweight title
  7. Ken Shiro vs Masataka Taniguchi - WBO light flyweight title

The event is being promoted by Teiken Promotions and Dangan A&G, the same partnership that has staged boxing events at the Ariake Arena in the past.
